Some days are soft and quiet, filled with meditation and candlelight. Others are bursting with offerings, bindings, and banishings.

But for those curious about what it’s like behind the scenes… come with me for a glimpse into the rhythm of my daily practice.

“What Spirit Companions Can (and Can’t) Do”

“What Spirit Companions Can (and Can’t) Do”

When you begin working with spirit companions, it’s important to understand what they really bring into your life—and what they don’t. There’s a lot of mystique and misinformation floating around, but the truth is this:

Spirit companions aren’t here to fix your life for you…

They’re here to walk beside you as you grow, heal, evolve, and transform.
