Let’s be honest—spirit work isn’t for the faint of heart.

People love to ask me, “How do you know your spirits are real?” And I get it. It’s one thing to believe in unseen energy, but another to experience things that make your breath hitch and your hair stand on end—in the best way.

 “Heartseed Bloom” – Healing a Broken Heart

Purpose: To begin emotional restoration, especially after loss, betrayal, or grief.

Ingredients:

    •    Rose quartz or a pink stone

    •    Pink candle

    •    Fresh rose petals or dried chamomile

    •    A small jar of honey or sugar water

    •    A piece of paper and pen

Instructions:

Spell of Centered Calm

A short but powerful grounding ritual for emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or psychic overload.

You’ll Need:

    •    A bowl of salt (preferably black or sea salt)

    •    A small black stone or pebble

    •    A sprig of rosemary or lavender

Incantation:

“Storm within, now be still,

I am earth, and I am will.

Bind the chaos, clear the air,

Return me to my deepest care.”

Spell of Swift Clarity

For when you need an immediate, no-nonsense answer or direction.

You’ll Need:

    •    1 white candle

    •    3 bay leaves

    •    A clear glass of water

    •    Pen + paper

Incantation:

“Mind uncloud, and fog be gone,

Let the truth show clear and strong.

Spirits of wisdom, guide this night,

Bring to me the truth and light.”
