Ingredients:

    •    One blue candle

    •    A pinch of mugwort or sage

    •    A mirror

    •    A strand of your hair or a drop of your perfume/oil

Instructions:

    1.    Light the blue candle in a quiet space.

Spell of Self-Sovereignty

Purpose: To reclaim your power after emotional manipulation or external control.

Element: Fire + Solar

Ingredients:

    •    A gold or yellow candle

    •    A pinch of salt

    •    A piece of citrine or tiger’s eye

    •    A strand of red thread or ribbon

Spell of Soft Reversal

Purpose: To gently reverse a streak of misfortune or negative energy without force or resistance.

Best Day: Tuesday or Saturday

Ingredients:

• A bay leaf

• A strand of your own hair

• A pinch of cinnamon

• A small white feather or paper feather
