Root & Rise Grounding Spell

Purpose: To ground scattered energy and give you clarity, calm, and direction.

Ingredients:

    •    A small bowl of soil or salt

    •    One black tourmaline or smoky quartz

    •    A piece of paper and pen

Spell:

Write down one thing that feels overwhelming. Fold the paper three times and press it into the soil or salt while saying:

“Earth below, take this weight,

Balance me and clear my state.

Grounded, calm, I now reclaim,

My rooted power, free of strain.”

Place the crystal on top and leave for the day. Dispose of the paper later by burying or burning it.
