Shadow Cleanse Spell

Intention: To clear old trauma, guilt, or shame lingering in the energetic body.

Best Time to Cast: Waning moon or nighttime.

Tools:

    •    A black candle

    •    A small bowl of salt water

    •    A smoky quartz crystal (or obsidian)

Ritual:

    1.    Sit quietly and light the black candle.

    2.    Hold the crystal over your heart and say:

“Shadow within, I see your face,

I bless your lessons, I release your place.

With salt and smoke and sacred grace,

Be gone from me, without a trace.”

    3.    Dip your fingers into the salt water and flick it gently onto your chest, shoulders, and back.

    4.    Bury the saltwater outdoors or flush it, thanking the spirit of water for carrying your burdens away.
