Spell of Inner Knowing

For clarity in decision-making, insight into your path, and unlocking inner wisdom.

Use when: You’re confused, feeling disconnected, or need spiritual direction.

Ingredients:

    •    Amethyst or clear quartz

    •    White or lavender candle

    •    A mirror or bowl of water

Steps:

    1.    Sit in front of the mirror or bowl of water and light the candle.

    2.    Hold the crystal over your third eye and say:

“Let the truth arise from deep within, with sight unclouded, let me begin.

I call on wisdom, old and true, to light my path and guide me through.”

    3.    Gaze into the mirror or water, letting impressions come naturally.

    4.    Afterward, journal what came through, snuff the candle, and keep the crystal near your pillow that night.
